Is the largest producer of yarns, threads, fabrics, ready-made garments and tricot wear in Yugoslavia. YUMCO employs 13.000 workers in 20 plants on a surface of 300.000 m2.

The value of the installed equipment is estimated at 500.000.000 dollars. From its total production YUMCO exports 40%. YUMCO has 500 retail stores and therefor has one of the largest and strongest retail networks in Yugoslavia.

YUMCO as a gigant and powerfull textile empire denvers to the world-wide trade market annually the following:

In a complete process starting from the basic cotton fibrie to the finished ready-made garment YUMCO has a WIDE range of products witch carry the YUMCO trade. This range of products consists of:

Holding Company Cotton Works YUMCO is the first Yugoslav firm which has been awarded the trophy "Euromarket Award 98" for product quality and its contribution to development of international trade with European comunity. Stanisa Janjic the President of Holding Company YUMCO has been awarded the trophy solemnly in the hotel "Hilton" the 25th of May 1998 by the President of European Research Centre Mr. Van Roj. This world award "Euromarket 98" is exclusevely reserved for firms being on the top regarding goods quality, technological innovations, commercial development and business initiatives. At the same ceremony the main strategist of the company Mr. Stanisa Janjic has been awarded a honorary certificate for outstanding results in the aria of management and marketing activities.
